Body, Mind and Spiritual Healing

My Reiki students asked me what is the essence to heal. I would like to quote what Antoinette Moltzen, the author of "A Course in Light" has previously talked about in her workshop.

The first step to heal is Acceptance!

You can never heal until you accept all situations as they are. In accepting situations as they are doesn't mean that it doesn't change or it can't change. It means that you accept what is happening is in harmony and balance with the way it's meant to be.

If you are in pain, anger or rage, this is a part of the experience and the lesson. In the acceptance, you begin to feel, know and explore the awareness of the principle of the Divine Law that is governing the experience.

The second step is the release of the effect!

Since the pain is real, whether it's mental, emotional, psychic or physical. It's real and our body registers all these expereinces. Pain gets into the cells and all parts of the mental, physical and psychic systems.
Those can be images, like thought forms or vibrations, and they set into our body. The process is to release the effect of negative conditions developed through conflict or fear ....

The third step to all healing is forgiveness!

It is the state of mind in which you cannot remember the anger, the rage and it eventually becomes an automatic experience of forgiveness. We practice attaining this by prayers or rituals healing.

Forgiveness is a powerful place to be mentally, physically, emotionally and psychically. When you are there, you know it! It doesn't have to obtain it, for you have arrived!

The last step is to maintain your spiritual connection!

... or living in the law of Grace since healing is not a one-time experience, it is a continuous part of our life!
